# Team context review exercise

This exercise uses sample instructions. A completed sample run is recorded in the team instruction guide. It is not a customer result. Repeat the exercise to verify your own workspace.

## Starting document

Create a governed managed document titled "Team context review policy".
Choose its owner and reviewer. Use this content:

```markdown
# Team context review policy
Before a task, read the team's approved launch checklist.
Propose changes to governed documents for human review.
```

## Proposed edit

Ask a connected agent to read the current version and propose this change:

```diff
- Before a task, read the team's approved launch checklist.
+ Before a task, read the current approved launch checklist. Cite its document link and version in the task handoff.
```

The reviewer decides whether the rule applies to the team. A pending proposal is not approved.

## Check after review

After approval, ask another connected agent:

```text
Read the current approved Team context review policy.
Give its document link and version.
State the launch-checklist rule from that version.
If the proposed rule is still pending, report that status.
```

Compare the citation with the current approved version in the browser.
Record these fields with actual values:

- Document: [link]
- Proposal: [link]
- Reviewer decision: [approved or revision requested]
- Resulting approved version: [actual version, or unchanged if not approved]
- Second agent's cited version: [actual version]
- Repository change: [separate pull request and commit, if needed]

Do not invent a reviewer decision or an approved version.
A document approval does not update AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md in a repository.
