This app runs on a desktop computer. Open this page on your Mac, Windows, or Linux machine to install it.
Download for macOS
Download the app, move it to Applications, and open it. Setup will guide you from there.
Prefer Homebrew?
brew install --cask omnim-ai/tap/artifactbridgeHomebrew installs the same signed app and CLI.
Download for Windows
Run the per-user installer, then open ArtifactBridge from the Start menu.
Download for Linux
Choose your distribution. Native packages enroll the signed ArtifactBridge repository for later updates. AppImage is the portable fallback for other x86-64 systems.
Debian or Ubuntu
Download the package and checksum manifest into the same folder. Check the package before you install it.

sudo apt install ./ArtifactBridge-Tray-linux-x86_64.debThe install stops if the package does not match the release manifest.
Fedora or RHEL
These commands import the ArtifactBridge release key, add its signed repository, and install the app. The first two lines are one-time setup.

sudo dnf install --setopt=localpkg_gpgcheck=1 https://app.artifactbridge.com/packages/rpm/stable/bootstrap/artifactbridge-release.rpm

Other Linux
Download the AppImage, make it executable, and start it. AppImage does not enroll a package repository.
chmod +x ArtifactBridge-Tray-linux-x86_64.AppImageThen open the AppImage from your file manager or terminal.

You decide which tools to connect and whether agents can resume work. Notifications and agent wake are choices you make during setup.
A few things to know.
What does the desktop app add?
Desktop notifications, setup for supported local AI tools, and updates to installed workspace skills. You can also allow supported command-line agents to resume selected work.
Will it change my AI tool settings?
The app asks before it configures the tools you select and preserves configuration it does not own. You can review the setup plan before applying changes.
Do I need to install an AI tool first?
To connect a local agent, install a supported AI tool first. ArtifactBridge connects the tools already on your machine; it does not install those tools for you.
Can I use ArtifactBridge with just ChatGPT?
Yes. The official ChatGPT app connects on the web and does not require the desktop app.

Local agent and command-line setup
More ways to connect
Local agents connect through the desktop setup. ChatGPT connects through the official ArtifactBridge app on the web. Both paths use browser sign-in and let you choose one workspace.
Local coding agents
Open ArtifactBridge and select the tools that are already installed on this machine. Review the setup plan before the app changes ArtifactBridge-owned configuration.

Use the CLI instead
This example prepares Claude and Codex. The first command previews the changes. Run the second only after you review the plan.

ChatGPT (official web app)
ChatGPT does not use the local desktop setup. Open the official ArtifactBridge app, select Connect, sign in, and choose your workspace. Then enable it in a chat.
