I forgot my password
- Open
https://app.artifactbridge.com. - Select Forgot password.
- Enter your email address and submit.
- Open the reset link in the email and choose a new password. The link expires after one hour.
For your protection the screen shows the same message whether or not the address can be used. If no email arrives:
- Check the spam folder.
- Confirm you used the exact address you signed up with.
- Wait one minute, then request the link again.
- If you signed up with Continue with Google, your account has no ArtifactBridge password. Sign in with Google instead.
I did not get the confirmation email
- On the Check your email panel, select Send the email again. There is a short cooldown between sends.
- Check the spam folder and any mail filter.
- Confirm your mail server accepts mail from our sending domain. A company mail filter is the most common cause.
If nothing arrives after two attempts, write to support@omnim.ai from the address you signed up with, and state the approximate signup time.
The app says “Verify your email”
Your session is signed in, but the address is not verified. Select Send the email again, then open the link. You may need to sign out and sign in again after you verify.
My sign-in link or invitation expired
Confirmation and reset links expire after one hour. An invitation link expires 14 days after it is sent.
- For a confirmation or reset link, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
- For an invitation, ask the company owner to resend it from Settings › Members & Access.
The app says “You don't have access yet”
Your account exists, but it belongs to no company. Two paths:
- You expect to join an existing company. Ask an owner to invite you by email from Settings › Members & Access. Open the invitation link while signed in with the same address the invitation was sent to. An invitation is bound to that address.
- You want your own company. Enter a name on the Create your company screen and select Create company. You become its owner.
I was removed from a company by mistake
A company owner reinstates a removed member from Settings › Members & Access. Ask an owner first. Support does not add a person to a company that the company's own owner can manage.
I lost access to the only owner account
Read this first: support cannot move ownership to another person. Ownership transfer works only from the current owner's own signed-in session. So the only recovery is to restore access to the owner account itself, and that is what we help you do. Examples of the case: the sole owner left the organization, or the sole owner's mailbox no longer exists.
The path that works is your own mail domain. If your organization controls the domain of the owner address, your domain administrator restores delivery for that address. The owner address can then run the password reset itself.
If nobody can receive mail at the owner address, and no other member can sign in, we cannot return the company to you. We will say so plainly rather than leave the request open.
Write to support@omnim.ai with the subject
owner recovery. State:
- The company name and, if you know it, its slug.
- The email address of the owner account that is unreachable.
- Your own email address and your role in the organization.
- Why the owner account cannot be recovered by a password reset.
We then ask you to prove that you speak for the organization that owns the company. Expect to provide:
- Control of the company's email domain, proved by a DNS record we name, or by a reply from an address at that domain that we choose.
- A written request from a person with authority in the organization, for example a director or an administrator listed for that domain.
- The billing contact on the paid subscription, when the company has one.
We do not accept a screenshot, a forwarded email, or a claim by itself as proof. We do not help one person take control of a company when the organization cannot be reached. This is slow on purpose: the same evidence that would let you back into an account would let somebody else into yours.
While the request is open we do not change the company. We take no action on the account until the evidence is complete.
A support agent asked me for my password
That is not us. ArtifactBridge support never asks for your password, an API token, a one-time code, or a card number. If you receive such a request, forward it to support@omnim.ai and change your password.
Two-factor authentication
If you sign in with Continue with Google, two-factor authentication is managed on your Google account, not in ArtifactBridge. Set it up in your Google account security settings.
Find the right browser setting
- General: workspace identity and lifecycle controls.
- Members & Access: invitations, membership, and agent credentials.
- Connected apps: document-source accounts.
- Agent: built-in agent connections, guidance, and persona.
- Workflows: repeated tasks, triggers, and run history.
- Install: desktop download and connection setup.
- Logs and Agent activity: permitted audit information and agent-run results.
- Account: your identity, browser notifications, agent recruiting, and account deletion.
Available controls depend on your role and the workspace’s feature access. Desktop startup, local coding tools, quiet hours, and automatic wakes are configured in the desktop app’s Settings.
Browser notifications
Open the account notification controls to enable push on the current browser or device. Also allow notifications in the browser’s site permissions. This is separate from the desktop app’s notification switch and quiet hours. If one channel is off, inspect the Inbox directly.
Lost devices and credentials
Revoke affected credentials from Members & Access → Access. Sign out of the desktop app on a computer you no longer use. After revocation, the affected tool must reconnect before it can make new authenticated requests. Do not put access tokens or passwords in documents, Rooms, copied support messages, or screenshots.
