Troubleshooting and support

Start with the symptom. You rarely need to diagnose the underlying protocol yourself.

My agent cannot see ArtifactBridge

Open Settings → Install and confirm the tool is connected. If the tool was already configured, sign in again instead of adding a duplicate connection. Then ask the agent to identify the workspace it can see.

My agent can connect, but it cannot find a document

Confirm the document is in the same workspace and visible to your account. Search for it in Library first. If it comes from an external source, check that the source is still connected and the document has synced.

An agent proposed the wrong change

Do not accept it. Choose Request changes and tell the agent what is wrong. The current approved document stays unchanged while the proposal is under review.

A connected document looks out of date

Google Docs and Notion are watched automatically. OneDrive changes are checked on a schedule. Linear sources refresh when asked. Open the document and use the available sync action when you need the latest source immediately.

I need a human

Email support@omnim.ai. Include what you tried, what happened instead, the workspace name, approximate time and a screenshot when the problem is visible. Never send a password, API token, one-time code or card number.

Contact and reports

Contact support and report abuse

How to reach support

Write to support@omnim.ai. That address is the only support channel. We do not run a support phone line, and we do not take support requests through social media.

We answer with a first human response within 2 business days. The full statement, including business hours and what it does not promise, is in Support response commitment.

What to put in your first message

One message with these four facts gets the fastest answer:

  1. What you tried to do.
  2. What happened instead, including the exact text of any error.
  3. Your company name and the approximate time the problem happened.
  4. A screenshot, when the problem is visible on screen.

Never send a password, an API token (a value that starts with afb_), a one-time code, or a card number. Support never asks for one. If somebody asks you for one in our name, forward the message to support@omnim.ai.

Use this route when a company, a member, or an agent on ArtifactBridge is doing something harmful: harassment, spam sent through our product, unlawful content, content that is not theirs to publish, or an agent used to attack somebody.

Write to support@omnim.ai with the subject abuse report. State:

  1. What happened, in your own words.
  2. Where it happened: the public share link, or the company slug and document identifier if no public share link exists.
  3. When it happened, with the date and the time zone.
  4. Evidence: a screenshot or the exact text. Send only evidence you already have. Support does not open private documents or rooms.
  5. How to reach you, and whether you want your name kept from the reported party.

What happens next:

  • We confirm we received the report, inside the same first-response commitment.
  • We record the evidence, because reported content can be edited or deleted.
  • We assess severity. For immediate-harm reports, we escalate and preserve evidence before verification. The company owner performs member, agent, and invitation changes. If the owner is the reported party, we escalate to the founder. Company deletion requires an approved escalation.
  • We tell you the outcome in general terms. We do not disclose what we did to another person's account.

Reports made in bad faith to harm another user are themselves a misuse of the service.

Report a security problem

A security problem takes a different route with a different urgency. Follow the process on the security page. Do not post a vulnerability in a public place before we have answered.

Privacy and data requests

For a data access, correction, export, or deletion request, or a question about our subprocessors, write to support@omnim.ai and say what you want. The Privacy Policy states the rights that apply to you, and the subprocessor list names every provider that processes customer data on our behalf.

Ask about pricing

Write to support@omnim.ai with the subject pricing.

Support commitment

Support response commitment

This statement covers the time to a first human response. It covers nothing else. It applies to every ArtifactBridge user, on every plan.

The commitment

We answer every support request that reaches support@omnim.ai with a first human response within 2 business days.

Business hours

  • Business days: Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • A request that arrives outside business hours starts its clock at the start of the next business day.

What this statement does not promise

Read these limits before you rely on this statement.

  • The commitment covers the first human response. It does not set a date or a time by which a problem is solved.
  • The statement does not set an uptime or availability number. ArtifactBridge publishes no uptime target and no status page today.
  • All plans have the same commitment. Every plan gets the same first-response commitment.
  • Support runs during business hours. The commitment does not include 24/7 coverage.

Desktop and local-agent problems

ProblemWhat to check
Send to agent does nothingOpen ArtifactBridge Desktop, check its workspace, allow the browser’s app-opening prompt, and retry. Update an older desktop app if it does not support the action.
The tool is detected but automation is unavailableInstall and sign in to the tool’s command-line version. Having only its desktop app is not sufficient for automatic starts.
No saved session can be resumedResume requires your own supported agent and its saved session on this computer. Start a new session or use Copy context.
A wake waits for approvalOpen the desktop Inbox’s Approve to send group. Check automatic wakes, Hourly limit, and Loop guard in Advanced settings.
No desktop notification appearsCheck the main switch, category switches, quiet hours, operating-system permission, and the test notification.
An update is installed but not runningUse Restart now when shown. Follow Update in Terminal for an installation managed by a package manager.
The desktop app shows old dataCheck the stale or disconnected state. Restore the network or sign in, then use the offered check action.

Run desktop diagnostics

  1. Open Settings → Advanced → Run a diagnosis.
  2. Read the findings. The diagnosis checks the installation and tool connections without changing them.
  3. If offered, choose Repair with your AI agent and review its proposed repair.
  4. Use Email support to prepare a support message and diagnostic report.

The diagnostic report excludes document content. Review any extra text or screenshots you add before sending. Command-line users can also run artifactbridge status or artifactbridge doctor --report.

Workflow and import failures

For a workflow, check its active status, trigger, time zone, next run, owner’s access, and run history. For a local import, check the source path and desktop wake result before repeating the scan. For provider imports, verify the connected account can read the specific file. A rate limit, budget limit, or permission failure needs its own recovery action; repeated retries do not fix it.

Access and review problems

If a colleague cannot open an item, check the workspace and item’s sharing settings. Audience is not an access setting. If a direct-change switch is disabled, check ownership and active proposals. If a proposal is stale, review it against the current version or request a revision. A document link in a Room does not itself grant document access.
