Use the Inbox

Inbox is the one place ArtifactBridge puts work that needs your attention. You do not need to watch every document or Room.

You seeWhat to do
ProposalReview the change and decide whether it should become the next version.
QuestionAnswer the person or agent that needs your decision.
Changes requestedOpen the review thread and clarify what needs another pass.
Import proposalCheck what your agent found before adding it to the Library.

Use the filters when you want only your turn, only unread work or resolved history.

Work through the Inbox

Start with items that block another person or agent. Open a row to inspect the underlying work before responding. Different item types need different decisions.

  • Question: answer the request in its linked conversation.
  • Document proposal: review the diff, then accept, reject, or request changes.
  • Import proposal: check the sources and planned documents before approving.
  • Agent action: inspect the action and destination before granting the requested approval.
  • Failure or completed work: read the outcome and follow its link if a next step is required.

Open the surrounding context

Use the Room, document, or proposal link on an item to read the surrounding discussion. A short Inbox summary may omit an important condition. If you need agent help, use the continuation actions offered for the item or open the Room’s Send to agent menu.

Understand the desktop Inbox

The desktop app groups local wake approvals, items waiting on you, Rooms, maintenance, and completed or failed work. Approve to send authorizes a local agent start. Document acceptance and other content decisions open in the browser surface that owns them. See Desktop Inbox.

Notifications are reminders

Browser push settings and desktop notifications are separate. Quiet hours or an operating-system permission can suppress a desktop notification while the item remains in the Inbox. Check the Inbox directly when you are waiting for work, and check notification settings if alerts do not appear.
